Return conditions

An item may be returned or exchanged within the trial period of 14 days. We would like to receive the item unudes, in the original packaging and with barcodes.

The hygiene products Bedlinen and rugs are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

• Click View on the right-hand side of the order
• Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment
• Choose the products to return and the quantity
• Give a return reason
• Send

Returncosts

The return costs are at the expense of the customer. You can choose the sender yourself, you will not receive return labels from us. We recommend that you keep your shipping receipt until you have received a confirmation of receipt from us.

Reversal of the purchase amount

After receiving your return, we will reverse the purchase amount within 4 workingdays.

If you return part of the order, the shipping costs will not be credited.
